Introduction

Aluminum rocker arm is casted from aluminum alloy with high dimensional precision, casting strength, surface hardness, and small surface roughness, decreasing energy consumption.
The working surface of mechanical aluminum rocker arm adopts high chrome white iron which has higher durability than alloy steel and higher toughness and strength than common white iron, of which the heat treatment hardness is HRC56～64. The blank is strengthened after shot-peening, greatly improving fatigue resistance and extend its working life.
