Ⅰ.Responsibilities for production supervisor
1. To overall control and coordinate personnel management and production activities;
2. To transmit production plans and tasks to lower levels, arrange and control production schedule;
3. To follow up production status, product demand, production process, output target etc. and finish production target on schedule;
4. To react for production abnormality timely, track problems and come up with reasonable suggestions;
5. To participate in planning and implementing of action on improving production efficiency and product quality;
6. To monitor standard operation methods and ensure work site safety and 5S standards;
7. To be responsible for management, training and cultivation of staff.
Qualification
1. College degree or above, majoring in machinery manufacture;
2. With more than 3 years’ site management experience in machinery manufacture company;
3. To be proficient in quality specifications and production standards of industry products, be familiar with product technical features and production process as well as operation flow of production, logistics, and technology in machinery manufacture company;
4. To have abilities of quality control, process optimization, organization, communication and coordination, as well as problem analysis and solving;
5. To have abilities of leadership, organization and coordination, communication, and implementation, etc.
Ⅱ. Foreign trade salesman
1. To master customer demand and develop foreign trade business;
2. To collect customer and product information;
3. To deal with matters on export of goods, including documents and export formalities.
Qualification
1.Bachelor degree or above, fluent spoken English and good translation;
2.To know auto industry or machinery manufacture is preferred;
3.To be familiar with import and export business is preferred.
Ⅲ.Quality engineer
1. To be familiar with TS16949 and proficient in flows of establishing system documents;
2. To be familiar with auto parts manufacturing and machining manufacturing technique.
Qualification
1.College degree or above, majoring in machinery;
2.With more than 2 years’ experience for the same position in processing and manufacturing industry.
Ⅳ.Mechanical engineer
1. To be responsible for product research, ensuring products according with national or industrial standards;
2. To draw designs and formulate production technique;
3. To design work suit based on production technique, be in charge of production test and verification of technique and work suit;
4. To perfect improvement of technique and work suit after production test;
5. To follow up production technique and guide production operation.
Qualification
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in machinery or mechatronics;
2. With more than 2 years’ experience for the same position in machinery industry;
